Language Courses
Staff have a wide range of options for undertaking advanced training in many different areas. The biggest demand is for language courses focusing on communication in business and technological settings.
Personal Skills
Social skills and the ability to carry out successful negotiations will help you in your dealings with customers and colleagues. M+W Zander staff have the opportunity to train general and social skills in a wide range of seminars.
Specialist Training
It’s important for commercial and technical staff to be able to work smoothly together at M+W Zander. That’s why we hold specialist seminars on technical and commercial subjects for staff from all divisions.
PC Training Sessions
The PC is a tool that makes work in any profession a lot easier and more efficient – if it is used correctly. We therefore offer a differentiated programme of courses ranging from basic skills to intensive training related to individual applications.
CAD Training Sessions
M+W Zander has its own CAD Competence Centre. In-house trainers cooperate with external trainers to deliver training for company-specific applications of the CAD systems AutoCAD and Microstation in the latest versions.
SAP Training Sessions
Ongoing intensive training is essential in the SAP environment, in order to ensure you can operate effectively with SAP and get updates on changes and innovations in the system.
Curriculum Management Development
Leadership skills are decisive – both for personal success and for the success of the company. The aim of the curriculum is to build up and extend the competence of existing and future managers.
