 In the context of a broad assessment of its suppliers by IBM, M+W Zander was able to prevail over numerous competitors and was subsequently elected “leading consultant” for engineering services. Moreover, in Italy and Spain, we are IBM’s preferred partner for construction management services.
For many years we have assisted IBM in facility management in running operations of their Eastern European real estate.
An important step which helped us prevail over competitors, was achieved when we incorporated engineering services in our on-going service range. From the aspect of organization, we thereby took the initiative towards an all-embracing partnership with our key client IBM, in which the various spheres of interest overlap with one another.
For the client this means: Forthwith he can take unrestricted recourse to our “Business Process Management Solutions” through his trusted adviser – “on demand” as IBM would call it.
Apart from the full resources of our company, we are able to provide IBM with intercontinental benchmarking, as well as our working tools, literally, innovative software solutions, which open up a considerable potential for optimization.
We are already occupied with an initial project of this kind for IBM in Barcelona, where, with our engineering and architectural know-how, we are planning and constructing the local branch.
