We provide comprehensive services on a one-stop principle in all features of high-tech buildings and production plants, from consultancy, planning and construction, through to operation and modernization – and thereby supervise the entire value chain of real estate and production plants in a one stop package. We offer this either as a sub-system, or a fully comprehensive solution, depending upon the clients desires and requirements. Worldwide, approximately 8,000 employees are occupied with the accomplishment of these services.
Consulting The policy decisions upon production plants and high-tech buildings are crucial. Conversion or new development? Where is the most advantageous location? Are there compatible basic conditions such as an infrastructure, a supply source for power and resources? Which statutory standards and ecological factors have to be considered? Questions like these are our bread and butter. Our experienced consultants are there to advise our clients in making the right decisions.
Planning According to Le Corbusier “The groundwork is the foundation of the basis”, thereby implicitly referring to the decisive role of meticulous planning. We plan together with our clients, analyzing their requirements and contributing our own abundant experience with highly complex engineering problems. From conception to detail planning, we prepare the way towards successful, cost-conscious and profit-orientated implementation of ambitious construction projects.
Construction There is a multitude of associate companies and suppliers involved in a large-scale building project, all of whom have different requirements, working conditions and time-scales. In this situation the coordination of a smooth, cost-effective, operational sequence completed on schedule, demands maximum know-how, experience and stress resistance. For us that is called competence. As general contractor, we are concerned with the organization of the project’s implementation and the execution of the necessary on-site inspections. The client has only one contact person to deal with and upon completion of the project has virtually only to turn the key in the lock.
Operation The commissioning of the facility does not necessarily mean the end of the cooperation. We also support our clients in the running operations and guarantee the economic flow. Whatever the issue, whether it concerns complex production processes and process support, conventional construction management or comprehensive services in technical, commercial and infrastructural facility management, we provide custom-made professional solutions, which relieve our clients of particular responsibilities, leaving them more scope for their core business.
