A Short Biography
 Since January 2008 Dr. Hannes Rosenthaler is Managing Director of MWZ Beteiligungs GmbH, the parent company of the M+W Zander group. The doctorated business economist will focus on the finances of the globally operating group.
Dr. Rosenthaler was born 1962 in Vienna (Austria). His last position – held from 2003 – was as Chief Financial Officer of the Austrian Energy & Environment AG in Vienna. In this position he played a key role for the international expansion of the company. Prior to that he held positions as Chief Financial Officer in a number of international companie.
Dr. Rosenthaler achieved his MBA at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU-Wien) in 1986 followed by one year at the University L. Bocconi in Milan before achieving 1988 the PhD in Vienna (WU-Wien).
