TQM’s operational sphere integrates aspects of ecology and occupational safety. A manifesto, which is also publicized in intranet, summarizes our modus operandi in the aim to set standards in the following areas:

• We do not regard environmental aspects, health care and occupational safety as extremes, but rather as an integral part of commercial success.
• We assist our clients in the construction, modernization and operation of eco-friendly and safe plants. We regard the applicable statutory standards as the premise upon which we develop our services.
• We apply the same standards to both our partners and suppliers.
• Internal research and development work contributes to the spreading of an environmentally sound technology based upon an economic utilization of resources.
• The regular schooling of our staff is a prerequisite for the highest possible standard of maintenance of EHS-Standards (Environment, Health, Safety).
• Our employees are incorporated in the structuring and further development of our EHS guidelines.
• With the support of the project management and the safety organization every one of our construction sites is operated with the common objective – “no accidents”.
• In addition to the employment of up-to-date technologies and adherence to the specifications of the directives, every employee is called upon to take an active role in implementing our EHS convictions, exposing inequities and optimizing processes.
