Cleanroom ceiling grid systems
As a specialist with many years of experience in the field of cleanroom and air-conditioning technology, M+W Zander has developed various filter ceiling grid systems for any application and individual customer requirements. All kind of cleanroom concepts are supported such as non-pressurized ceiling grid systems for the use of filter fan units or filters with hood connection, or pressurized ceiling systems with plenum for most stringent requirements on particle tightness. The modular design of M+W Zander cleanroom ceiling grid systems provides a maximum of flexibility.
The basic components of the ceiling grid systems are aluminium-zinc diecast connectors and aluminium extrusions. Components such as filter fan units, HEPA/ULPA filters, diffusers, blank panels, built-in and surface-mounted luminaires, cable and sprinkler penetrations as well as the integration of airflow guiding elements, curtains and cleanroom wall systems allow customized cleanroom configurations. Besides the standard grid sizes of 600x1200 mm and 1200x1200 mm, special sizes are available upon request. Grid system and components can be installed easily and fast.
