AMD Fab 30 in Dresden, Deutschland 1998
M+W Zander built the first chip factory at the new AMD site in Dresden. The AMD Fab 30 was given the "Fab of the Year 2001" award by leading sector magazine Semiconductor International for its leading role in technology and production.
