Cleanroom certification for microelectronic, pharmaceutical and food industry
 Cleanroom certification measurements of new systems and the requalification of operational systems are executed according DIN EN ISO 14644, VDI 2083, IES-RP-CC0062, Federal Standard 209 E, EU-GMP, FDA and Standard Operation Procedures developed out of these guidelines.
The documentation covers the requirements of the above mentioned guidelines and is handed out on a CD-ROM with the special documentation software. The software allows a detailed presentation of the measurement results directly inside a room layout. All statistical evaluations required in the guidelines are implemented.
